Refund Policy
Returns Policy
Returns:
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase. The following restriction will apply for returns:
- Should an opened product be returned, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it.
- Please note that we as Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd will not accept any items back for credit or replacement if the packaging is not complete, this includes and is not limited to boxes, documentation, cables, accessories, etc
- Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.
- Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund and will incur a 20% handling fee.
- Electronic license cannot be returned, therefore client need to ensure they are purchasing the correct item before concluding the transaction, if further information is required around the item, please contact us on shop@raioncx.co.za.
- All products being shipped back to Raion Connect should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should have the order number and return address clearly marked.
- Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices; Raion Connect will not be liable for the damages. It is recommended to insure any items that you send to us.
Replacements:
All products sold by Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd are covered under our 7 day guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or Raion Connect (PTY) Ltd restrictions.
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
- All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Software is non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation. Where the license key is exposed on software packages we will not accept the return of these packages.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
- Delivery fees will not be refunded for returns or for collecting of faulty items
- The manufacturer warranty will not apply if the product shows evidence of:
- impact, sand, liquid or moisture damage
- dropping, mishandling, or tampering
- battery or chemical corrosion
- damage caused by connected equipment
- use contrary to the applicable instruction manual
- wrong configuration of equipment
- Unaccredited third party repairs, configuration or maintenance on equipment.
- Modification of any parts or enhancement not approved by the manufacturer
Stock availability
- We are not a stock holding company and the stock availability for some of the items shown on our eCommerce site are from lists that are imported every morning or when available from suppliers.
- Stock quantities are thus a reflection of the previous days stock count at close of business.
- Although we will try our utmost to keep stock availability up to date we cannot be held responsible if a product becomes out of stock with our suppliers but our site still shows availability.
- A lot of the products on our eCommerce site shows "Limited Availability". For these products we are not sure of the availability of stock from our suppliers and will need to revert to you are the delivery ETA.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated on the volumetric weight.
- Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- No Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays
- Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door)
- The couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery otherwise the goods will be returned and this will delay you receiving your goods on time.
- Provide contact numbers and contact persons receiving the goods
- No deliveries to a Postal Box
- Delivery ETA’s depend on stock availability but you will be informed if the item you require is out of stock and may take longer than the above lead times.
- Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our account.
- We do not deliver outside of South Africa, but you may arrange for a courier service to collect from us or an appointed collection point when the goods have been invoiced and ready for collection.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
- Raion Connect reserve the right to part ship goods on all orders to the customer and to invoice each shipment separately, unless otherwise stipulated by the customer. This is to make sure that the customer receive their stock in a fast and efficient manner..
